About the Role:A full-time, permanent Full-Stack Engineering position covering backend development with Java/Spring Boot and frontend development with React (ideally TypeScript). The role spans the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment. Your Responsibilities:Development of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Creation of modern frontend interfaces with React.Design and implementation of REST APIs and system integrations.Contribution to performance, scalability, and clean, maintainable code.Active participation across the full development lifecycle.Close collaboration with design, product, and DevOps teams.Conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.Identifying technical risks and driving continuous improvement. Your Profile:Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.Solid knowledge of React, ideally with TypeScript.Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, and frontend tools).Confident use of Git and understanding of CI/CD workflows.Experience with Docker or similar container technologies is an advantage.Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in agile environments and a proactive working style.Fluent German and good English for documentation and collaboration.
