Based in Berlin and backed by Founders Factory in partnership with Vonovia (Europe’s largest residential real estate company), we're an early-stage team: fast-moving, technical, and determined to transform how properties are managed across Germany and beyond.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end in an early-stage environment.

You’ll work closely with the founder on product and technical decisions, building both backend logic and frontend interfaces where needed. This role is intentionally broad and suited for someone comfortable owning a problem from database to UI.

What You’ll Do

• Build product features end-to-end, from data model to user interface
• Develop frontend interfaces (React, TypeScript)
• Build backend services and APIs
• Design and evolve our PostgreSQL data model as a clean, scalable foundation for the product
• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to ensure safe, repeatable releases
• Integrate external systems (banking, payments, messaging)
• Ship quickly, iterate with real users, and improve reliability over time

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of full‑stack or backend‑leaning engineering experience
• Strong React and TypeScript skills
• Experience with modern frameworks (Next.js or similar)
• Experience with Node/Express JS.
• Strong backend skills (Python/FastAPI or Node)
• Solid SQL and data modeling experience
• Experience integrating third‑party systems and APIs
• Comfortable owning features across the stack
• Able to work independently in an early‑stage environment
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms
• Experience rebuilding or maturing an early‑stage product
• Interest in AI‑assisted or agent‑driven product features
• Personal projects or an active GitHub profile
• Based in or near Berlin
