Full Stack Java Developer – Integration Software & AI-Enabled Solutions - Karlsruhe - 80.000 EUR

We are partnering with an innovative software company in the DACH region that is developing next-generation platforms with a strong focus on Java-based backend development, data transformation, and AI-enabled tooling. The team is scaling and looking for a motivated Full Stack Java Developer to join their Agile engineering group.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop backend components for a domain-specific language used in data processing and integration.


• Contribute to the extension of the runtime environment and development tools, including modules with AI support.


• Participate in code reviews, ensure best practices, and drive sustainable, high-quality solutions.


• Work in an Agile Scrum team.


• Bring your ideas to the table and help shape components, interfaces, and processes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in professional software development.


• Strong knowledge of Java (backend focus).


• Familiarity with SQL, XPath, or functional programming concepts (a plus, not required).


• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, Git, Jenkins; Maven and Gerrit are nice to have.


• Passion for design patterns, clean code, and modern architectures.


• Good English skills; German is an advantage.
