Full Stack Software Developer (Entry-Mid)

Position Summary

We are looking for full‑remote full‑stack software developers who view their code as a craft. Process‑mindful individuals who care not only about delivering a working solution but also about the solid foundation upon which it is built. These developers apply object‑oriented principles as closely as possible to real‑world applications and terminology. We stay ahead by embracing the latest technologies, so we seek someone eager to learn, adaptable to change, and committed to follow best practices.

We welcome Entry‑level and Mid‑level software developers. Here’s what we expect at each level:

Entry Level

• Responsible for completing assigned tasks with a strong focus on process: code quality, readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and coding principles.
• Encouraged to review others' pull requests to identify potential technical improvements.
• Encouraged to share knowledge and encourage the team to adopt coding principles and best practices that are well‑suited to our use cases.

Mid Level

• Responsible for completing assigned tasks with a strong focus on process: code quality, readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and coding principles.
• Develop the ability to see the bigger picture before starting implementation: ensure that the problem and solution are accurately defined and understood before beginning the development process.
• Review others' pull requests to ensure technical improvements and verify that business requirements are accurately reflected in the code.
• Encouraged to share knowledge and encourage the team to adopt coding principles and best practices that are well‑suited to our use cases.

In addition to the above, we expect all levels to have:

• Good English communication skills: you will engage directly with our U.S. team.
• Residence on Java Island, Indonesia: this facilitates accommodation, as we aim to provide necessary work peripherals, and occasional team gathering.
• Availability for occasional evening meetings: to accommodate time zone differences with our U.S. team.
