Ecco is an early-stage infrastructure company based in Munich. Our system connects PMS, booking engines, and compliance into a single, event-validated data circuit. We're lean, deliberate, and building something structurally new.

Full Stack Tech Lead

We're looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to own the core of that stack.

This is not a feature-factory role. You'll work directly with the founder, make architectural decisions that matter, and build systems that need to be right — not just fast.

The role

Full ownership across backend and frontend. Our current stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js/NestJS, MongoDB, AWS. Event-based validation logic. PMS & booking engine & Co integrations. You shape the technical foundation of a category we're creating.

What we offer

50,000€-70,000€ base + performance bonus + equity. Early-stage upside that only exists before it's obvious.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in full-stack development. Fluent in German and English.
