For our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for you in the role of Full Stack Web Developer (all genders) (Location: Frankfurt am Main).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end features for client websites, including campaign and landing pages with forms for lead generation.
• Integrate front-end functionality with back-end systems, CRM tools, and third-party APIs.
• Create custom templates in Dynamic Yield, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and integration with website content.
• Translate UX wireframes and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web pages.
• Collaborate with the UX Designers and CRO Consultant to implement A/B tests and optimize user journeys for higher conversions.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO optimization across all platforms.
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility and monitor performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing maintenance of campaign pages and websites.
• Stay ahead of web trends (frameworks, tooling, performance techniques) and bring innovation into the team.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks (React/Next, Vue, or similar).
• Back-end: Node.js, Java, or similar server-side technologies.
• RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and analytics tracking.
• Dynamic Yield: Proven experience creating custom templates.
• Forms & Lead Gen: Experience developing web forms integrated with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Webhook, etc).
• Understanding of web performance optimization, tracking (GTM and datalayer), accessibility (WCAG), and SEO.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with UX designers, CRO consultants, and marketing teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and containerization is a plus (can be learned on the job).
