Job Title: Full-Time Remote Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team! This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring strong integration skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a remote setting, for a minimum of 45 hours per/week, in alignment with the Kuwait Time Zone. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Build and configure components using Lightning (Aura/LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes.Follow Salesforce best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evolving features in relevant clouds. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and customize Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio), and Experience CloudBuild and configure components using LWC, Flows, and other declarative toolsTranslate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsDevelop and maintain API integrations with third-party platformsManage Marketing Cloud data extensions, segmentation, and campaign performance trackingFollow Salesforce best practices for governance, security, and optimization Required Skills5+ years Salesforce development experience (Education, Marketing, and Experience Cloud)Hands-on skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce configuration toolsExperience with Marketing Cloud campaigns (Journey Builder, Email Studio, AMPscript)Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Data LoaderFamiliar with API integrations, campaign analytics, and deliverability best practicesStrong problem-solving skills; able to work independently in cross-functional teams Requirements and Package Details:Salary is based on the successful completion of assigned projects and deliverables in combination with minimum hours worked (minimum of 45 hours weekly).
