Responsibilities

• Drive AI/ML development and platform integration, embedding models and data analytics into the product.
• Build and optimise the front‑end (React/TypeScript) and back‑end (Python) to ensure a seamless, scalable user experience.
• Implement DevOps & Automation: CI/CD pipelines, automated infrastructure set‑up, and deployment processes.
• Design APIs and event‑driven systems, and integrate third‑party services.
• Collaborate closely with designers for intuitive UI, share knowledge, and maintain clean, test‑driven code.

Requirements

• Full‑Stack Expertise (4+ years): JavaScript/TypeScript/React front‑end, Python back‑end.
• Data & AI/ML (2+ years): Experience with data analytics, machine learning, NLP, and LLMs (RAG, chunking, fine‑tuning).
• Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum/Kanban.
• Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks, libraries, and scalable architectures.
• Test‑Driven Development: Commitment to clear, well‑tested code.
• Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Keep up with industry trends, contribute to open‑source, embrace change.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork: Effective remote‑first collaboration.
• Start‑Up Experience: Experience building structures and strategies from scratch.
• Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency.
