We are building a next-generation media & technology venture that combines boutique consultancy with a scalable AI-powered media buying platform. Our mission: to reinvent how brands plan, buy, and scale media with a special focus on Connected TV, video, and digital branding.

The Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll be one of the first engineers in the company and work directly with the founders on building the MVP of our AI-driven platform. You’ll be responsible for both the frontend (UI) and backend (API integrations, data handling), helping us connect advertisers with media platforms in a seamless, automated way.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications (React, Next.js) with great user experience
• Build and maintain backend services & APIs (Node.js and Go) to connect with major advertising platforms (Netflix, Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Set up and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) to handle campaign, client, and reporting data
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into working features
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to architectural decisions and tech stack evolution as we scale
• Work closely with the founders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Strong knowledge of backend development with Node.js, Python, or similar
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API integrations
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup: hands-on, resourceful, and pragmatic
• Bonus: Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or building API integrations with media platforms
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI/ML tools and workflows
