The Functional Lead for the Customer Portal is responsible for the end‑to‑end functional design and evolution of the portal. In this role, you ensure the portal supports the vision of seamlessly connecting customers and Körber through a radically simple digital experience. You act as the central interface between business stakeholders, customers, leadership, solution architecture, and global development teams.
Functional Ownership
Serve as the single point of contact for the Customer Portal with end-to-end functional design responsibility
Maintain and evolve the functional roadmap aligned with the overall product vision
Represent the portal internally, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional alignment
Requirements & Collaboration
Lead requirement discovery with business stakeholders and customers
Translate needs into high‑quality feature requirements, aligned to the strategic roadmap and CRM dependencies
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to shape scalable and sustainable solution designs
Delivery
Coordinate and align with the development team todeliver features with clear goals, shared understanding, and consistent quality
Drive the feature delivery process across sprints by providing precise requirement clarifications, managing scope and priorities, and resolving functional questions
Proactively assess new feature ideas for functional and architectural implications (incl. CRM integration) to ensure feasibility, reduce risks, and avoid rework
Analyze feedback and usage data to identify improvements for usability and functionality
Drive enhancements that simplify customer experience and strengthen adoption
Strong functional and technical (Salesforce) background
5+ years of consulting experience with a dynamic, solution‑oriented mindset
Proven ability to collaborate across global teams
Experience facilitating technical and functional alignment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance business and technical perspectives
