Overview

Fund administrator – Super ManCo, Work Life Balance. We present an opportunity in a Management Company of over 20 people, with operations in Luxembourg and abroad and over 10 billion euros of assets under management. The Luxembourg office is seeking a Fund Administrator with solid knowledge of AIF and UCITS, who is eager to take on broader responsibilities within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate investor and company records and assist with company secretarial matters.
• Follow up on fund operations such as capital calls, equalizations and distributions.
• Participate in onboarding of new funds and oversee investor transactions.
• Ensure accurate reporting for internal teams, the Board, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, compliance departments, and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, improving quality and efficiency.

Profile and Career Path

• Degree in finance, law, or economics and at least 4 years of experience in fund administration in Luxembourg. In-house experience at a large service provider is preferred or equally considered.
• Strong understanding of AIFMD and UCITS regulations and their application locally.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural, international environment.
• Enjoy working in a professional, respectful, and supportive team environment.
