We are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and can carry cargo—and potentially humans in the longer run.

You will assist in preparing the future growth of the TEC vehicles family and new products, acting as a system engineer for Future Projects. You will be part of the Future Systems team, reporting to the Principal Engineer of the project and working closely with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of work packages or full future projects related to Avionics, Communications and Power:
  • Define functional breakdowns, high‑level requirements and their associated flow‑down, and maintain technical baselines.
  • Provide system architectures and conceptual designs, perform technical trade‑offs, budget and performance calculations.
  • Provide development logic, implementation, verification and validation plans.
  • Develop hardware solutions for future projects.
  \ul>
• Ensure delivery on time, on quality and on cost of the responsible work packages.
• Coordinate with the Bid Manager to elaborate technical and programmatic parts for Avionics, Communications and Power related work packages to submit winning proposals for new future projects.

What we would love to see from you

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing avionics, communication, and power systems for the aerospace sector.
• Broad understanding of the full functional chain of space‑based avionics, communications, and power systems.
• Strong systems engineering background.
• Hands‑on experience with development, assembly, integration, and testing of electrical units for space applications.
