Your Key Responsibilities as ML/GenAI Engineer (f/m/d):

As an GenAI Cloud Engineer (f/m/d) in our AI Solutions Team , you’ll play a key role in developing the intelligence that drives our Products, Services, and internal Processes forward.

You will design, develop and deploy robust GenAI applications on the AWS Cloud , leveraging services such as Bedrock and SageMaker for scalable and efficient AI solutions to solve critical business challenges
You’ll design and build autonomous AI agents that solve problems independently and interact seamlessly with Users and Systems. These agents are based on modular, reusable logic to maximize flexibility and scalability
You will develop cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems and intelligent agents that actively integrate with external tools and data sources via the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
You’ll create general-purpose classifiers, scoring engines, and prompts that can be easily accessed and used across teams through APIs and serverless Architectures like AWS Lambda
You’ll connect your AI Solutions with key internal Platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Trusted Shops’ proprietary Applications , driving seamless System Integration
Throughout your work, you will ensure that all solutions are explainable, trustworthy, and compliant —fully aligned with Trusted Shops’ core values of transparency and reliability

Your profile

Proven track record of building and operating Generative AI applications in the cloud
Hands-on expertise with AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition) and serverless architectures
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with modern machine learning and generative AI frameworks, libraries, and toolchains
Practical understanding of MCP (Model, Context, Prompt) concepts
Experience designing, building, and scaling APIs and AI-powered services
A data-driven mindset — you think in metrics, value continuous feedback, and focus on product impact
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
A collaborative, curious, and purpose-driven approach to your work
