In this role, you will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Take the lead in architecture and implementation of AI solutions.
Lead the development team throughout the process from requirements analysis to integration and testing.
Work closely with clients and internal partners.
Architect solutions across multiple platforms and software components.
Apply deep expertise in system engineering, cloud architectures, performance architecture, etc.
Ensure complete coverage of the information path – from source to knowledge base and from input to processing in AI solutions.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

Proven experience as a Solution Architect on GenAI projects with knowledge of cognitive computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, DevSecOps, and AIOps.
Experience in designing, evaluating, and developing IT architectures that include AI solutions or components based on industry standards, generative AI, large language models, and cloud‑based tools and infrastructures.
In‑depth knowledge of KI‑Inference, fine‑tuning, prompt‑tuning, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and AI governance.
Hands‑on experience with Python for developing and deploying AI/ML models and with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
Strong consulting and customer‑facing skills to co‑design AI‑driven transformation strategies.
Experience leading technical project teams.
Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C1 level).
Potential willingness to undergo a security clearance.
