Responsibilities

• Project supply planning for sites before and during the installation phase, in alignment with project contacts and other relevant stakeholders.
• Continuous adjustment of supply planning based on changes in project and delivery schedules.
• Organisation and execution of auxiliary material transports, including assignment of service providers and preparation of related documentation using all modes of transport.
• Single point of contact for direct supplies and reverse logistics during project execution.
• Support in the creation of customs documentation and maintenance of the related database.
• SAP bookings of materials and processing of supplier invoices.
• Contribution to logistics improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Trained as a forwarding and logistics specialist or holding a comparable degree.
• Several years of professional experience in the organization and execution of international transports by sea, air and land transport.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent in German and at least very good English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and cross‑functional thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
