Your Impact

• Be the trusted legal advisor to management and all departments across the company.
• Drive risk analysis and provide pragmatic, solution-oriented recommendations in a dynamic environment.
• Take the lead on contracts, partnerships, and other business-critical agreements.
• Develop governance structures, internal guidelines, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Manage external advisors and represent the company in interactions with regulators and authorities.
• Support corporate law matters, governance, and legal housekeeping while keeping an eye on new legal and regulatory developments.

What You Bring

• Fully qualified lawyer (2nd State Exam) with several years of experience in-house or at a commercial law firm.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or banking supervision law is a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of civil, contract, data protection, and regulatory law.
• Business-fluent German and English, with strong communication skills at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and the ability to balance legal risks with commercial opportunities.
