Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.**The Role**As a General Lawyer on our team you will be part of Kyndryl’s Cybersecurity, Privacy, Data & AI Legal team (“CPDA Legal”), a global cybersecurity, privacy, data, AI and regulatory legal team spread among the U.S., U.K. and four (4) EU countries and supporting a dynamic global business.The role would suit a candidate that has an international outlook and ability to interact with legal and business colleagues around the globe on a variety of cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory matters. Specifically you'll be responsible for:* Working on a wide range of cybersecurity, privacy and related regulatory matters in connection with the company's business, specifically related to: **1) Incident Response and Investigation, 2) Cybersecurity and Privacy Operations, 3) Regulatory Compliance and 4) Developing Policy & Strategy*** Provide legal advice and guidance to business teams, including members of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), and relevant Global Practices, as well as members of the global legal department* Manage and lead multi-stakeholder incident investigative teams and provide proactive advice in a creative and business-centric way.**Your Future at Kyndryl**Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career.
