Country Manager Germany (m/f/d)

to build and scale the business locally. The role As Country Manager Germany, you will take full responsibility for entering and developing the German market. This is not a classical “country head” role in an established organisation, but an

entrepreneurial build-up position . You will define the go-to-market strategy, establish the company’s presence in the healthcare ecosystem and drive commercial development. Working closely with the international leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s positioning in Germany and translating an established international product into a locally successful business. Key responsibilities Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers (e.g. rehabilitation clinics, ambulatory care providers, therapy networks) Drive commercial activities, including partnerships, negotiations and sales development Navigate the German healthcare system, including reimbursement pathways and stakeholder dynamics Position the company with key stakeholders, including providers, payers and partners Build and develop the local organisation over time Your profile Around

five years of professional experience

in Digital Health, healthcare services or healthcare technology Solid understanding of the German healthcare system, ideally including reimbursement mechanisms Initial experience in building or scaling business activities, markets or partnerships Proven ability to take ownership and drive topics independently Strong commercial mindset and ability to build trusted relationships Entrepreneurial, hands-on and structured approach Motivation to grow into a leadership role and take on broader responsibility over time Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment Fluent in German and English Why this opportunity This role offers the opportunity to take on an
