Requirements

• Anabin-listed medical degree recognized in Germany
• Valid German medical license (approbation)
• German language proficiency at C1 level (required for patient communication and documentation)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused approach
• Willingness to engage in long-term practice development and potential ownership transition
