GEO Consultant (AI Search Optimization)(m/f/d)

• Develop and execute GEO/AEO strategies to help Textbroker’s clients find the right combination between Brand visibility, Growth, and Positive Sentiment on AI Search platforms and LLMs
• Coordinate strategy consulting, and the execution of on-page and off-page projects, within Textbroker’s GEO unit, and reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Operations / Chief Growth Officer (TBC)
• Audit and optimize AI visibility and discoverability using AI-powered tools and monitoring platforms
• Monitor AI search trends, competitive visibility, and emerging opportunities for our clients and services
• Support the Growth Team during project pitches, proposals, and closings with strategic input
• Assist and enable Project Managers to execute projects by educating, nurturing skills, and guide through a knowledge-based approach
• Help designing the right GEO toolkit to fulfil the ultimate goal of making Textbroker’s clients successful
• Contribute to building and evolving Textbroker’s GEO and AI Search consulting offerings

What we’re looking for:

• A marketing professional who has grown with the shift toward AI search and AI models
• 2–3 years of experience in Search (SEO, GEO, AI visibility, or related fields). Agency experience is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools, monitoring platforms, or workflows related to generative search
• Strong understanding of how LLMs and AI Overviews reshape search and content discovery
• Experience managing or contributing to cross‑functional projects
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
• Understanding of how embeddings influence the new search scape and how to use those for optimization
• Strong knowledge of EEAT frameworks and their role in AI‑driven visibility
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to innovate in fast‑changing environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
