About the Opportunity

Are you a German speaker looking for a customer service job abroad and an international lifestyle?

We are hiring German Customer Advisors for exciting customer support projects across Europe. This role allows you to live and work in popular European destinations , gain international experience, and grow your career in a multicultural environment.

Remote work from Germany is NOT possible

Even for remote or hybrid roles, candidates must be physically located in the country of employment (Greece, Malta, Spain, Portugal, or Bulgaria)

This requirement is mandatory for tax, legal, and payroll reasons

If you are currently based in Germany, you must be willing to relocate abroad to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in German via phone, email, or chat

• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

• Follow internal quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C2 level)

• Good English level (B1–B2 minimum for internal communication)

• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

• Willingness to relocate and work abroad in Europe

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
