About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria , as Customer Experience Specialists . This is an exciting on-site role supporting global clients, with full training, competitive salary, and a relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve product or service issues and guide with empathy and accuracy

• Document customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure issue resolution
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, service, and communication

What We are Looking For

• Fluency in German (C2) and proficient English (B2)

• EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit

• High school diploma (minimum required)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work on-site and contribute to a team-focused environment

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly gross salary: 1,890€ to2,045€ (based on project)

• Monthly transport/internet allowance: 25€ (net, in addition to base salary)

Relocation Package

• 10 nights in a hotel in Sofia city center with breakfast included

• Travel reimbursement up to 250 € after completing 6 months of employment
