What You Will Do

As part of the customer support team, you will play an important role in maintaining high service standards and helping customers resolve their inquiries efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting German-speaking customers through phone, email, or chat
• Handling product-related questions and providing accurate information
• Troubleshooting basic technical or account-related issues
• Ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience
• Documenting cases and solutions in internal systems
• Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to resolve more complex cases

Requirements

• Minimum strong C1 German language skills
• B2 level English
• EU citizenship or legal authorization to work in Portugal
• Availability to relocate to Lisbon quickly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage but not required .
