As a Customer Support Representative you will assist customers via phone, email or chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. You will work with modern CRM tools and follow established quality and performance standards.

What we are looking for:
- German C1/C2 level
- English B1 or higher
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- EU passport or valid residence permit in Portugal
