Purpose of the Role :
As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you'll be the go-to expert for businesses looking to maximize the impact of their online advertising. You’ll use your skills to optimize digital campaigns , identify new growth opportunities, and drive better results for clients, helping them grow their businesses while achieving your own success .

What You’ll Need :

• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• A degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
• 6-12 months of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferred).
• 6-12 months of outbound sales experience (preferably B2B).
• A passion for marketing, technology, and a desire to continuously grow and learn.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to shine in this dynamic environment.
• Ready to start in August or discuss flexibility with a potential later start date.
