The Role

We’re looking for a German‑qualified lawyer to join our Legal Team, supporting Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As part of Kyndryl’s Legal Department you’ll advise on high‑volume IT transactions, support various projects in a dynamic tech environment and help solve legal issues, working closely with colleagues across Europe and the U.S. in a collaborative, flat‑hierarchy international team that values excellence and team spirit. Required Skills & Experience

Fully qualified German lawyer with above‑average degrees; a Ph.D. and/or LL.M. are welcome but not required.
Professional experience of at least two years, preferably from a major law firm or an international company’s legal department.
Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and solid business acumen.
Full professional proficiency in German and English (C2 level).
Experience in IT law is useful, but not mandatory. Specialists in corporate law, labour law, anti‑trust law, public procurement law or data protection law are welcome.
Experience handling complex transactions (outside IT) and working as part of international teams is an advantage.
The role is available to candidates throughout the European Union and does not require physical presence in Germany.
