The Package

Salary & Bonuses: €15 260 gross per year plus a signing bonus between €2 000 and €2 500.

Full relocation support: If you come from abroad, you’ll receive a €2 500 relocation bonus and assistance with paperwork (NIF, NISS) and finding housing. If you already live in Portugal but more than 100 km away from Lisbon, you’ll receive €1 500 in relocation support.

What we’re looking for

• German proficiency (B2 or higher) and a good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Valid EU ID or a legal work permit for Portugal.
