Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries in german (and occasionally in English)
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker
• Good level of English (B1+ or higher)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
