German-speaking Azure Cloud Architect

I am looking for experienced Azure Cloud Architects who are fluent in both English and German to join my client in Germany.

This is a fully remote role, but you need to be based in Germany. Occasional travelling around Germany and to other European countries may be an option, depending on the assignment and your preferences

In this position, you will:

• Become a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprises
• Support customer projects from conception to release
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions
• Evaluate and modernize existing infrastructures
• Automate environments using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

You have:

• Experience with Azure cloud architecture and enterprise-scale landing zones 
• Participated in the Azure infrastructure modernization and migration projects
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, GitHub Actions)
• Worked with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Working knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, C#)
• Experience with security, networking, and platform engineering
• Consulting experience and a customer-centric mindset
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Excellent communication skills in German and English

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience leading teams or mentoring others
• Certifications from major cloud providers
• Multi-cloud experience
