What is your job?
In this role, you will ensure inbound excellence by giving every prospect a seamless experience, turning interest into booked demos and qualified opportunities. In addition, you will amplify growth through AI-driven outbound, rock-solid RevOps and CRM hygiene, and proactive partner development. As part of our Revenue Operations team, you are contributing cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue.
- Ensure inbound excellence: Make sure every prospective customer has a seamless, engaging experience from start to finish - answer prospects emails, call back prospects who wanted to book a demo but dropped off - you name it.
- Support our AI-driven outreach to prospects: Help craft and refine outbound campaigns, identify new potential leads, and manage first touchpoints in a highly automated and data-driven approach.
- Assist Revenue Operations priorities: Help us ensure stable sales processes, great data quality in our CRM, efficient workflow automations, and much more.
- Grow strategic partnerships: Together with our partnership-team, you identify new partners, reach out, introduce them to our platform, and demonstrate the value of joining forces with our company.
- Contribute to projects across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
Who are we looking for?
- Ideally, you are in the final stages of your undergraduate or graduate studies (or you just finished them), and you have previous B2B startup/scaleup experience either in HR or Go-To-Market functions (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Operations)
- You are passionate about the future of work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in this space.
- You’re deeply interested in Go-To-Market topics: Supporting an integrated marketing campaign sounds as intriguing to you as talking to potential customers or setting up automations in the CRM.
- You’re sharp, analytical, and highly reliable: You quickly grasp complex topics, think critically, and apply structured problem-solving to your work.
- German fluency/native proficiency is a must-have: Many of our prospects and partners are based in German-speaking markets, so stellar verbal and written German skills are essential.
- You communicate openly and to the point: Whether it’s a sales pitch or a quick Slack message, you know how to get your point across clearly.
- You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter: You enjoy taking the initiative, thrive in a hands-on environment, and have a track record of owning your projects.
