Overview

German speaking Content Moderator (hybrid) – Full-time

Are you passionate about creating a safer online environment where scams, fraud and cyber grooming are prevented? Our client has exciting opportunities for a Full-Time German-speaking Content Moderator in sunny Malta. As a Content Moderator, you will respond to customer questions via email and review content across marketplaces to ensure compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws, contributing to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.

Responsibilities

View and review user-generated content
Respond to customer inquiries on all topics with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
Follow communication procedures and processes
Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines

Requirements

German reading and writing abilities (strong)
Basic to conversational English skills
Excellent computer proficiency
Decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Previous experience is not required
