We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the legal support team of a major international airline.
You will support customers with inquiries related to legal rights, claims, documentation, and regulatory topics while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, accuracy, customer interaction, and the aviation environment.
Respond to customer inquiries in German and English via phone and email
Provide information and guidance on passenger rights, legal documentation, and claim-related topics
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to airline protocols
Document all cases thoroughly in the system
Escalate complex situations to specialized teams when needed
Deliver clear communication with professionalism and empathy
German C1/C2 (mandatory)
English B2 or above
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfort handling sensitive or legal-related customer inquiries
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Experience in customer service, claims, or the airline industry is a plus
Availability to relocate to Lisbon and work 100% on-site
Ready to start on 4 December 2025
Monday to Friday, including bank holidays
08:00 17:00 (Portuguese time)
Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Base Salary: 1,100 gross x 14 months
Monthly Bonus: 150 gross x 12 months
