What You'll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
Guide users through digital banking and payment solutions
Offer advice, troubleshoot issues and provide practical best‑practice tips
Handle questions about new and existing services, always with professionalism
Solve customer issues efficiently and maintain strong satisfaction levels
Support the overall customer journey to increase engagement and loyalty
Work towards personal and team targets in a structured environment

Requirements

Fluency in German and strong English skills
Previous customer support experience is helpful, but not required
Interest in fintech, digital payments or online banking
