As a remote German‑speaking Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat. Your role includes handling enquiries, resolving concerns about social media accounts and advertising effectiveness, and providing product advice that meets customers’ real needs.
• Start date: next possible date
• Contract: full‑time, temporary
• Working hours: Monday – Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (rotating multi‑shift system)
• Location: 100 % remote from Germany or at our Berlin office (Andreasstraße 10, 10243 Berlin)
• Compensation: €2 500 gross per month
• Language requirements: German (C1), English (B2)
