Your Role

Your Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inquiries from German-speaking clients, providing fast, accurate, and professional assistance. You will support customers across multiple industries, solving problems, offering guidance, and ensuring satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
• Logging interactions accurately and updating the customer database
• Collaborating with international teams to ensure best practices
• Contributing to process improvements for enhanced customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum of C1 German and B2 English proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to Greece as soon as possible
• Valid work permit for Greece (no visa sponsorship provided)
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
