German-Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist | Athens

You will engage with warm leads — no cold calling — focusing on understanding client needs and converting interest into successful sales outcomes.

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekend shifts)
Relocation Support: EU Citizenship or Residence Permit with Full Market Access

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from German-speaking clients
• Convert warm leads into sales through consultative approach
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain high-quality customer interaction and sales performance
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

• German (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing / calling-based sales experience
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Results-driven mindset with ability to work towards targets

Compensation

• 14 salaries (including Easter & holiday bonuses)
• Uncapped quarterly performance bonus
