IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) – Digital Health Software

Location: Eggenfelden, Germany (On-site)
Work Setup: 100% office-based, no home office
Contract: Fixed-term (2 years) → option for permanent
Hours: Full-time (40h/week) — part-time possible (80%)
Salary: €30,000 – €50,000 gross/year + ~10% bonus
Languages: German C1+ required

Role Overview

As part of the Technical Support Team, you will provide first-level support for dental practices using our digital health software platform.

Team: 3 support colleagues
Reports to: Management (flat hierarchy)
Vacancies: 3 openings — growth phase

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support via phone & ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot software & hardware components (TI, eGK readers, connectors)

  • Document support cases accurately in CRM

  • Ensure customer satisfaction & high resolution rates

  • Collaborate with technical & product teams

  • Contribute ideas to improve product & support processes

Requirements Must-Have
  • German C1+ (spoken & written)

  • Completed IT training or technical degree

  • 2–4 years experience in IT support or similar role

  • Strong communication & documentation skills

Red Flags
  • Below C1 German
