Role Overview
As part of the Technical Support Team you will provide first‑level support for dental practices using our digital health software platform.
Team: 3 support colleagues
Reports to: Management (flat hierarchy)
Vacancies: 3 openings growth phase
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support via phone & ticketing system
- Troubleshoot software & hardware components (TI eGK readers connectors)
- Document support cases accurately in CRM
- Ensure customer satisfaction & high resolution rates
- Collaborate with technical & product teams
- Contribute ideas to improve product & support processes
Requirements
Must‑Have
- German C1 (spoken & written)
- Completed IT training or technical degree
- 24 years experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong communication & documentation skills
