• Reliable documentationand follow-through; very organized.

• Self-starterin a scrappy MVP environment; enjoys iterating scripts/processes.

• Tool savvy:ChatGPT, CRM, calendars (e.g., Calendly), email, spreadsheets.

About The Role

Vivid is launching an interactive guide to help emerging entrepreneurs register aUG/GmbHin Germany. You’ll own German-language outreach by phone, help leads progress through the process, schedule notary appointments, and introduce relevant Vivid products.

Your Mission

• Call warm leads(follow-ups, reminders, check-ins) and be the friendly first voice of Vivid Start.

• Qualify needs & remove blockers:determine UG vs. GmbH status, next steps, missing documents.

• Guide through our checklistand set clear micro-deadlines.

• Coordinate notary appointments:propose slots, confirm details, share prep materials.

• Introduce Vivid productswhen relevant.

• Keep the CRM spotless: notes, funnel stage, tasks.

• Localize & improveGerman call/email/SMS scripts and FAQs

• Collect feedbackand surface common questions to improve our product and content.
