German-speaking Project Manager

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Poland or Croatia. REQUIREMENTS7+ years of experience in IT Project Management (preferably in application modernization or software development projects)Proven experience in presales activities (proposals, RFPs, workshops, client-facing presentations)Strong track record of successfully delivering fixed-price projectsGerman language - C1 or higher (spoken & written)Business-level EnglishExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills NICE TO HAVEExperience in domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BiotechRelevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master)Experience working with international teams across distributed locations (Poland, Croatia, Germany, or similar)Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models RESPONSIBILITIESLaunch and manage new application re-engineering projects within the Business UnitDrive presales activities (discovery, estimations, proposals, client workshops)Oversee fixed-price projects: scope, budget, timeline, risk managementAct as the main contact for German- and English-speaking clientsCoordinate cross-functional teamsEnsure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomesContribute to PMO standards and best practicesMentor and support project teams WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKSClose cooperation with customersChallenging tasksTeam of professionalsDynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy
