Role Responsibilities

• Manage full event technology projects end-to-end
• Prepare proposals incl. pricing & commercial calculations
• Lead customer negotiations & technical consulting
• Provide on-site support during events
• Plan & coordinate project staffing
• Oversee material planning with technical teams
• Work with tools like EasyJob (and ideally Vectorworks)

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5 years experience in event technology project management
• Technical expertise in lighting & sound systems
• Proven experience handling complex full-cycle projects
• Leadership & strong team collaboration skills
• Flexibility & ability to perform in high-pressure environments
• MS Office proficiency experience with EasyJob
• German C1 & English C1

Nice-to-Have

• Vectorworks experience
• Background in motorsport or live event production
• Leadership experience in fast-paced event environments

Team & Reporting

• Reports to Project Management Lead
• Works alongside technical & commercial teams
• Leads project-assigned teams on-site
