German Speaking Sales Agent

For our client (Forex trading broker) we are looking for sales representatives fluent in German.

Position: Sales representative (working with newly registered clients)

Location: Cyprus, Limassol (we offer relocation package for candidates from abroad)

Start date: ASAP

Training: before relocation via ZOOM

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Experience in sales or telesales is a big plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of financial trading platforms (such as Forex) is a plus, or any other experience in stock markets, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communications skills
• ready to relocate to Cyprus

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone in German
• Maximize sales activity
• Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
• Maintain and update CRM
• Work with current clients to engage in FX opportunities
• Follow up on any client matters
