Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their unique needs and business objectives
Craft and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and deliver value

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for solutions

Requirements

Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also preferred
Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar field is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients
A good understanding of technology solutions and eagerness to learn about new tools
