Job Description

Hiring people for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal department
Working in a fast‑growing scale‑up company

Providing the best candidate experience, being responsible for end‑to‑end recruiting
Working on projects to achieve operational talent acquisition excellence
Stakeholder Management – working closely with team leads, heads and managing directors from job creation to offer approvals
Active sourcing / headhunting and searching for the hidden talents out there

Qualifications

Fluency in English and German
Experience with B2B SaaS hiring
Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe
Experience with hiring sales positions

And nice to have:

Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish or Italian)
Experience with modern ATS systems, preferably with Greenhouse
Experience in working in a remote‑first environment
