• Answer calls, chats & emails from travelers

• Manage bookings, special requests & reservation changes

• Solve issues and guide customers with clarity and empathy

• Recommend travel options based on guest needs

• Process payments & cancellations

You're the person who makes every trip smoother, safer, and more enjoyable.

What You Bring

• Fluent German (C1C2)

• Good English skills

• Friendly, organized & solution-oriented mindset

• Comfort with digital tools

• Bonus: experience in customer service or e-commerce
