Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate user-generated video content according to defined policies and standards.
• Review classify and take appropriate action on flagged material.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in applying content guidelines.
• Document decisions and outcomes within internal systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality discussions.
• Contribute to building a respectful and safe online community.

Candidate Profile

• German language fluency (C1) and English proficiency (B2) .
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit .
• Availability to relocate and begin working in Lisbon shortly.
• Analytical mindset emotional stability and reliability when handling sensitive content.
• Experience in moderation risk analysis or customer support is beneficial but not required full training is included.
