Your next challenge:

• For our high-end clientele, analyze, implement, renew, and monitor credit files and their guarantees such as:

oLombards Loans

oMortgage Loans

oInvestment Loans

oSyndicated Loans

oBilateral Loans

oATF …

• Contractual drafting of the documentation for loans and guarantees
• Be the point of contact and coordinate the implementation of files with internal and external stakeholders such as:

oThe Legal Department

oThe Credit Risk Department

oNotaries

oLawyers

oReal Estate Experts

• Follow-up and update of the valuations of real estate, Risk Indicators and Covenants
• Collaborate on the deployments of the various projects of the Lending department
• Based on your experience, suggest ways to improve the various processes and internal procedures of the Lending department in order to increase processing efficiency and avoid operational risks.

Your skills:

• Autonomous, rigorous, and flexible
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Economics
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English and French is a prerequisite
• In-depth knowledge of credit matters and related regulations
• In-depth knowledge of guarantee forms and their specificities
• Knowledge of the legal aspects of the target countries of the bank's strategy is an asset
