The program’s achievements include timely facility maintenance, innovative service delivery, and a strong reputation for excellence within the Department of Defense community.**Job Summary**The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead is responsible for the successful utilization and management of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for preventive maintenance operations on a military installation. This role ensures accurate data entry, reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities, serving as the technical expert for GFEBS processes. The Coordinator Lead works closely with government representatives and contractor personnel to maintain compliance with contract requirements and optimize maintenance workflows. Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills are essential for success in this position.**Roles and Responsibilities*** Serve as the lead coordinator for all GFEBS Plant Maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.* Manage preventive maintenance schedules, task lists, and equipment records in GFEBS.* Oversee Help Desk personnel and ensure they are trained and capable of fulfilling GFEBS roles.* Coordinate with government representatives (DPW GFEBS SME, PM Controller) for approval and updates to maintenance plans and records.* Ensure compliance with all certification, training, and documentation requirements for GFEBS operations.* Provide technical support and guidance to contractor staff on GFEBS processes and procedures.* Monitor and reconcile duplicate orders, ensuring data integrity across systems.* Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and deliverables as specified in the contract.* Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and documentation in accordance with DoD and Army policies.**Basic Qualifications*** Must be a US Citizen* Demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation.* Minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.* Completion of all required GFEBS training modules and possession of relevant certificates.* Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English at Level 3 or above (per TE05 Language Requirements).* Availability on-site between 0700–1600 hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays or administrative closures.**Preferred Qualifications*** Advanced knowledge of Army Maintenance Application (ArMA) and integration with GFEBS.* Experience in leading teams or training personnel in GFEBS operations.* Certification in SAP or related enterprise asset management systems.**Salary Range *(as required)*:****KBR Benefits**KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
