Required skills/knowledge:
8+ years of experience in technology-driven customer experience transformation
5+ years of experience in project management
Provide best practices deploying SAP CDC
Help Roche to deploy SAP CDC product blueprint into the different countries and affiliates
Help Product team to improve SAP CDC product by coding and documenting new functionalities
Keep the documentation updated
Follow Product framework development on SAP CDC
Accredited in agile methodologies preferred
Scrum master qualification preferred
PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Oversees and coordinates execution of EpiCX Gigya activities that are required in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods.
Work alongside different Integration Leads, Gigya Leadership Team and different IT Department Leads to coordinate all IT aspects of project, including project management
Share Program and tools, deliverable templates/ examples with Gigya team members and the Affiliate team and monitor their completion time and quality.
