GitOps Engineering Manager

We are hiring a GitOps Engineering Manager to lead high‑performance engineering and operations teams, driving automation and cloud‑native solutions.

Location

Remote – APAC and EMEA region.

About the role

• Lead daily agile DevOps practices and team execution.
• Represent the IS team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and drive internal projects.
• Mentor engineers, improving skills.
• Identify and measure team health indicators.
• Implement structured engineering and operations processes.
• Prioritise delivery of managed services to meet service level agreements worldwide.
• Ensure timely, quality managed services.

Requirements

• Proven track record of senior leadership and delivering results.
• Software delivery experience with infrastructure‑as‑code in large environments.
• Managing DevOps teams for SaaS or comparable offerings.
• Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality.
• Strong knowledge of complex distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud topologies and technologies.
• Willingness to travel twice a year for company events (up to two weeks).
• Exceptional academic background from high school to university.
